This last one feels more Oriental to me. Your thoughts? I've enjoyed working in this palette, but I'm thinking it's time to move away from it now. So before I print again, I will have to get some white ink so that I can create some spring pastels. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone has been working on; whether it be new art, or simply a new post, it's all very motivating to me!

Gloria,
I think all of these prints are great. The third one doesn't look oriental to me. It is that one that looks like Kuba cloth to me or maybe Tapa, and not the first two. I think the third one has the colourway I associate with these textiles and maybe that's why? Lesley
Hi Lesley,
Thanks for the compliment and for sharing your knowledge. After looking online at various African textiles and also at Tapa cloth, I agree -- the third one looks most like Kuba cloth.
Gloria, very nice!
i really am drawn to the circle and line pattern of the third. they are all lovely.
I love the colors in these. So muted and earthy! It's exactly what I'm always drawn to.
I put a blog award for you and some other artists on my blog. If you want to accept it just check out my blog: www.dutchfotos.blogspot.com. Thanks!
